Terms of Return:

Items must follow all of the following criteria to  be deemed eligible:

- Item must be sent back for return within 10 days of receiving 

- Items must be returned in original packaging 

- Items must be unused and show no signs of scuffing any other marking unless it was the condition they were bought in

Refunds (If eligible):

- Once the item reaches our location, it will be thoroughly inspected and if it is deemed fit to return there will be an email sent notifying you that the return process has started

- The money will be sent back to your credit card in a timely manner

- If you have not seen the money yet, first check each of your bank accounts. Contact your bank next as it may take time to process the refund. If you have completed both of those options and have still not seen your refund, contact us via email  at PlaybxokCleats@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours

Exchanges:

- Items can only be exchanged if they arrive defective or are the wrong size

- If this is the case and you would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by sending us an email at PlaybxokCleats@gmail.com
